Does IronLog work without internet?
Yes. IronLog is fully offline-first. All your workout data is stored locally on your device. Internet is only needed for account login or subscription activation.
How does IronLog detect personal records?
IronLog automatically compares each set you log against your exercise history. When you beat your best weight, reps, or estimated 1RM, it flags the set as a PR instantly — highlighted in amber so you never miss it.
What's the difference between a Plan and a Session?
A Plan is a reusable exercise template you assign to days of the week. A Session is the permanent record of what you actually did. Editing a Plan never changes your past sessions — your history is always safe.
Is IronLog available on iOS?
IronLog is currently Android-only. iOS support is planned for a future release.
How much does IronLog cost after the trial?
